Hello- I am trying to implement a basic workflow for case closure that has a few stages of closure. What is the best way to do this?
service user: completes section 1 quality engineer: completes section 2 quality mgr: approves section 1 & 2 (need to record timestamp of approval) time passes, other stuff happens service mgr, eng mrg: approve closure (need to record timestamp of approval) quality mgr: final closure (need to record timestamp of approval)
Hello- Has anyone had any luck using the iui css or images for iphone apps? I have been able to work with the images but the stylesheet comes up with a blank white screen (for both iui.css and iuix.css). Any ideas? Thanks, katrina
Hello- I am working through the visual force tutorials and want to create a static resource. The winter 08 release notes say that is it available as preview in developers account; however, when I go setup->build-> there is no option for static resources. I think visualforce is enabled because I can create pages. Any ideas? Thanks, Katrina
