 Responsibilities:
· To ensuring the division gains maximum value from the SFDC information
· Manage divisional user setup, territory management, and access configuration.
· Handle routine SF.COM administrative tasks.
· Design and deploy data quality and business intelligence dashboards and reports to key stakeholders
· Enforces data rules within the division directly to the end users
· Pushes best practices and data success stories to the end-users
· Key member of multidisciplinary teams, to assist in marketing and sales initiatives, providing intricate knowledge of the data for maximum effectiveness.
· Participate in or lead small projects related to process improvement and establishment of Standard Operating Procedures around Salesforce.Com

· Develop and execute on action plans to achieve strategic goals related to data quality
· Develop and manage SF.COM support documentation and versioning.
· Maintain a high quality data environment
· Monitor quality control metrics to identify potential data issues and perform root cause analysis if data issues are identified
· Process daily data merge, deletion, and import or export requests.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree plus at least 3 years related experience

· Strong IT background as you will be using multiple development tools to ensure data success.

Live and work in Atlanta area.  Extremely proficient in everything salesforce (admin functionality, customizations, data migration, s-controls).  Have taught classes on same.  Looking to continue to work with product, but can no longer travel (my current job has me on the road too much and for health reasons, I need to limit my time away from home).  I have a "high tech" background.  Also have strong working knowledge of Siebel CRM as well.  I'm well educated (BS and MS in Electrical Engineering).  If you can help somehow, please don't hesitate to respond.  Thanks.

As "Sales Force Automation and Technical Support Coordinator" for a medical manufacturer in Bothell, WA the last seven years I have been responsible for many technical aspects of our Internal and Field sales operations department.  My primary role with the company has been the technical administrator for Salesforce.com, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.  My duties included effectively managing the ever-changing role and territory structure of the sales team, data imports/exports, report generation, ad hoc analyses, quote system development and maintenance and the often-under appreciated responsibility of cleansing the many related internal databases. I was responsible for all user setup, sharing models, and the technical requirements development for interfacing to the in-house developed automated web-based quoting system along with the web-to-lead development for the company worldwide website. I have been through Professional, Enterprise and just recently a second instance of the enterprise edition to increase to worldwide use.
